Patient Information
We currently serve 20 people needing to see a doctor, and 5 people needing prescription refills only. A patient may receive up to 3 refills. After 3 refills, patients must see a doctor on staff at Rogers County Free Medical Clinic in order to receive another refill.
Our Patient limit remains at a total of 25; this includes 20 patients seeing a doctor, and 5 patients receiving refills only. If you have a reaction or problem with your medication, please call the emergency room at the hospital of your choice. Do not call the Health Department as they will not be able to assist you with this situation. If the doctor you see requests that you return the following week, it is very important that you be at the clinic before the doors open at 6:00 p.m. We recommend that you be at the clinic by 5:30 if at all possible. Our patient limit is currently 25. If that number is reached before you enter the clinic, we regret that we will be unable to see you that night. The Health Department is not part of the Free Clinic, and those employees do not have access to your records from the Free Clinic. Please do not call the doctor(s) at their personal offices. They will not have any access to your Free Clinic files from those offices. As always, if you have an emergency, call 911 or go immediately to the hospital nearest you. The doctors will write prescriptions for acute pain only. No prescriptions will be written for chronic, narcotic use. Please do not call the Rogers County Health Department with questions reguarding the Rogers County Free Medical Clinic. These are two separate health care services, and the Rogers County Health Department employees will not be able to help you as they are not part of Rogers County Free Medical Clinic. If you have an emergency, please call 911. If you have Veteran's Card, Indian Card, Medicare, or Medicaid, we regret that we cannot serve you. Our services are reserved for those who have no medical insurance of any kind. The Rogers County Free Medical Clinic is incorporated to provide services for Rogers County Residents only. If you are not a Rogers County Resident, here are some contacts to other clinics that may be of some help to you: Green Country Free Clinic
